The Power Hour Session is a Done-with-You service. The focus is to help you address operational issues to build a strong business foundation. During this service you are actively learning while we work together. Just think of it as The CEO Experience broken down into bite-sized pieces.
This session is way more than a call! We get to discuss strategy through operational coaching, implement best practices, and you learn all at the same time. I'm literally going to walk you through your systems as you're logged in and teach you so you're equipped going forward! Plus at the end of the session, you'll get a customized session recap email outlining what we accomplished and recommended next steps.
Don't worry! We're very efficient during our session but there may be other action items uncovered that need to be addressed. Most clients book multiple sessions and you can do the same at your own pace.
If you HAVE solid processes, I recommend reviewing them first and then we can look at automation.
If you DON'T HAVE solid processes, we definitely need to focus on building those first.
